Hi Paul. We are very sorry to hear that your wife has experienced difficulty with one of the dispensers. For first-time use, remove cap and gently press the pump approximately 10-15 times to prime. Plexaderm will begin to dispense after the pump has been fully primed. • Place the bottle on a flat, level surface and remove the cap • Using your thumb, slowly and firmly push the pump down until it cannot go any further. • Continue pushing down the pump until product begins to flow, typically about 10-15 pumps; however, it could take longer so be patient • Once the desired amount of product has been dispensed, replace the cap for safe storage IMPORTANT- Do not tamper with the self-sealing valve as this could damage the pump Please let us know if these troubleshooting tips are helpful. “Like the recent container, no problems with the product drying up. I use Plexaderm just about everyday. After wearing glasses for 30 years, then having cataract surgeries, had never seen the two sets of bags under my eyes. With plexaderm I have none! (Cheaper than plastic surgery.) Won’t go out of the house without using it.”
