Here are a few tips to help. *Prime the bottle – It usually takes about 10-15 firm pumps until product begins to flow. For first-time use, remove cap and gently press the pump approximately 10-15 times to prime. Plexaderm will begin to dispense after the pump has been fully primed. • Place the bottle on a flat, level surface and remove the cap • Using your thumb, slowly and firmly push the pump down until it cannot go any further. • Continue pushing down the pump until product begins to flow, typically about 10-15 pumps; however, it could take longer so be patient • Once the desired amount of product has been dispensed, replace the cap for safe storage IMPORTANT- Do not tamper with the self-sealing valve as this could damage the pump Please let us know if these help to resolve the issue. “I like plexaderm but it really doesn't help a lot with my under eye bags. Plus when I got my order 1 one the bottles was empty nothing would come out of it. So I only got to use 2 bottles instead of 3 bottles.”
