We're glad you are enjoying your results, Peter. We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to provide a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you do apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for both under eye areas. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. If you do these things consistently, you should see more consistent results. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!

“It does agreat job of reducing my under eye bags. Regardless of how little I use the serum dries with a dry puckered skin look. Not sure why that is happening”

We're glad you are enjoying your results, Susan. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. We hope this suggestion helps. “I've been issuing this product for a long time. I can't live without it! Last year I did try something similar for a lower price, but it was horrible! When it dries you ended up with a white powdery look. I threw it away and went right back to Plexaderm.”
