“The last tube is drying up under my eyes. Not good. It leaves a crusty layer under my eyes”

“It doesn't seem to work all the time. Whether I use little or more at times it burns and I turn all red in the eye bag area. Not sure if they changed formula”

“If I really follow directions this product does what is advertised. I love how it works. I have sometimes not kept my face still for 10 minutes and then it does not work quite as well. It is a wonderful product. I do feel that after about 20 days it is not quite as effective. The tube has been opened many times and (i always tightened cap right after taking out what i need.)I liked the sample tubes as the product stayed fresher. Hope this makes sense.”
