“It works if you don’t put makeup on. If you put it on first, it works, but then the makeup doesn’t go over it well at all. And it doesn’t work as well as advertised.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, Melinda! Instead of applying Plexaderm on top or under your foundation, try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. If for some reason that's not solving the issue for you, please give us a call or email us and we'll be more than happy to walk you through additional tips. We hope this helps!

“IT WORKS VERY WELL AND LASTS A LONG TIME. I DO WISH YOU COULD USE IT UNDER MAKEUP. HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL GET A FIX FOR THAT. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOMETHING SIMILAR FOR THE NECK AND AROUND THE LIP AREA. IT WORKS GREAT UNDER EYES.”

“There is a difference in the appearance of winkles but it makes your face feel stiff and only last for a short period of time.”

Hi Sharon. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that Plexaderm makes a difference in your appearance. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!
