“I use this for bags under my eyes and this formula doesn't take care of the puffiness evenly and leaves white streaks. I really need help in this area and was hoping for better results.”

Hi Dawn! Thanks for stopping by to leave a review. We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to provide a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you do apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for both under eye areas. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!

“Sometimes it works pretty well to flatten bags under eyes. A prolem is the white flakes are sometimes very noticeable, also sometimes not smooth line to the flattenng but lines or bulges. the most significant problem is that because I have dark bags under my eyes, even when the bags are flattened perfectly, the underlying skin is still the same color--- and makeup cannot be used without removing the Plexaderm.”

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. When using makeup, try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. “Been using this product for a couple years. The product is great but the pump dispenser and small tubes were a pain to use. A lot of waste in each type. I can’t tell you how much better the tubes are now. No waste and so much easier to use. Kudos to the person that changed the packaging.”
