“Haven't open the tube yet --- still using the little one dose packs --- can't see how much is in the little tube -- don't know if you will get 1 or 2 uses out of each one --- not a fan of them at all I am sure the large tube will be much easier to use and will be able to tell when you are about to run out.”

“This product absolultely works to reduce the puffiness under my eyes. I also occasionally use along my forehead and near my mouth and those areas appear more smooth as well. I hope this new packaging is better as the little pods were not good if you wanted to save half for next day. The little hard plastic tubes were good for the first squirt if you have strong hands....but I then had to cut them in half to remove the remainder of the valuable product and avoid tossing! Thanks for continuing to improve as I'm sure it has been costly to redesign the packaging. THANKS!”

“I have been satisfied with the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum and have ordered more than once. However, My last order was charged to my credit card, and I never received it even though I am told that it was delivered to my Post Office Box on a certain date. I am the only one that gets mail out of my Post Office Box, and I have never seen it in my Box.”

“Several weeks ago I ordered a supply of your product in the pump form. Instead I received my order in the reusable tube form. I emailed you that it was very hard for me to use those tubes because I have neuropathy in my hands. You answered my email telling me that someone would contact me. They never did. Now I purchased one of your new versions, but I still have 29 of those tubes I can hardly use. I like your product, but am going to have throw away those 29 tubes. I am unhappy.”
