“When I ordered the small trial pack of Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum I never thought that I'd be ordering on a regular basis. I was so happy with the results that I ordered a 30 day supply almost immediately. Now that I get the larger tube I find that not only am I using it on the bags under my eyes, but also on my "laugh lines" and deep creases by my mouth. “I’ve tried a lot of products but Plexaderm is the best so far. I just hope you would improve it. It’s leaving a white mark especially if I put it over my moisturizing cream.”

Your loyalty means a lot to us. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the product leaving a white mark when applied over your moisturizing cream. We always strive to improve our products, and your feedback will be taken into consideration as we continue to enhance the formula. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. When using a moisturizer it should be oil-free and applied at least 10-20 minutes prior to the Rapid Reduction Serum and should be allowed to dry fully before applying your Plexaderm. Please note that results can vary from product to product. If you're interested, we developed our Plex-Perfect Daily Moisturizer specifically to be used with the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum. The oil-free formula works to thoroughly hydrate the skin without impacting the amazing skin-tightening effects of the Serum.
