“I wonder if the formula for plexederm has been changed as it always turns white and crackled and I have applied it . I apply it very lightly each time I’m not happy with it anymore”

It's essential for us that our customers feel satisfied with their results. The appearance of the product can sometimes be influenced by the amount applied and the individual skin type. We recommend experimenting with a very thin layer for optimal effectiveness. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We appreciate your insight and hope to improve your experience in the future!
