“the toilet seat I received was a bottom fix but I ordered a top fix, when I reported this the lady hadn't a clue what I meant and stressed if I opened the package I could not return it, even though the site says you must check for defects as soon as it is received. how is that possible without opening. then I received an email suggesting that I try to exchange the seat at a merchant near to where I live. so that is what went wrong. buyers beware.”

Hi John, I am trying to search the details on the system and the last we heard from you was 11.01.18 when we requested you send over images of the product so we could assist further and we have not had anything back from you.
