“Ordered a toilet from Flush bathrooms, 2 problems with it, one it has a grey blemish in the ceramic inside the bowl. This has been photographed - but company say they can not see it on the photo so we are uploading photo here - blemish ,which albeit small can be seen. Rude customer service personnel cutting my wife off twice this morning when she said why would we fabricate a blemish if it wasn’t there. Also area at the bottom of the toilet is very small & barely big enough to fit a toilet brush in, looks odd & is impractical ,so this is why we do not want a replacement of this toilet.”

Hi, Our customer service staff hung up the phone as we were being shouted at by your wife. We are not trying to be difficult we are only trying to help but were being interrupted and shouted at therefore could not finish what we were saying. As we have had several emails from various different threads this complicates matters when it is recived on our side as we receive hundreds of emails a day. This image here is not the one we received firstly so we requested you send another. In this attachment you can clearly see the blemish, so thank you for sending that over. The manager has tried to call you back several times this morning regarding a refund and to arrange collection but we keep being hung up on so we have sent an email. Kind regards, Customer Services
