The wall unit looks good insitu, however the unit lacks a void in which to get the waste away and it still requires a special vented trap. Therefore only suitable for fixing to stud walls and not finished block. Not mentioned in literature. Upon calling technical support I was met with a complete numpty who told me there was a void. 3 times I rephrased the question and a which point the technical support guy suggested that I get a professional in to install if I was incapable, I didnt bite but took it upon myself to suggest he looks at the product as there is only a 15 to 20mm tolerence for hot and cold. He then accepted this with no apology for his insult. He then asked what my issue was so didnt listen. When I told him he was lacking in customer service skills and that he ought to brush up on his product knowledge he hung up. Another issue is the product is sold at a premium level, the draw runners are flimsy and would be better suited with sturdier ones used in quality kitchen manufacture. So all in all the sink is good quality, the cabinet is expensive for what it is and the customer service advisor needs to remove his head from his derriere
