“It took nearly two weeks for my shower enclosure to be delivered. The staff were very friendly but they didn't ever seem to know where the delivery was, and every time I rang to ask where it was, they gave me conflicting information, saying either that it had been delivered or that it would be dispatched tomorrow. Eventually it turned up, the packaging had been torn open and one of the plastic seals was hanging out of the box. One of the supports is bent, but I figure it will probably still work - I haven't installed it yet. Since the box was open when I received it I counted all of the parts against the inventory, they are all there but some could easily have been lost.”

“Decent value, if a little lightweight with 5mm glass. Fairly easy to fit but not a full 760mm. Adjustment is to an absolute maximum of 750 - I expected up to 780ish so make sure the tray is that size.”

“Happy with shower tray and enclosure, but extremely poor delivery. Package was badly damaged and when unpacked,door seals were missing. Delivery driver was extremely bad mannered and had a couldn't care less attitude. Dumped all packages on doorstep, and when wife asked if packages could be dropped inside front door, as she had just come out of hospital and was unable to lift anything, drivers reply was, " not my problem ", and then he sat in his Lorry, at the top of the drive, and watched my wife try and bring packages into house.Had to cancel our fitter twice whilst waiting for seals to be delivered, and up to now, still not been delivered, so not able to use shower”
