“I purchased this item at a very competitive price to replace an old flush pipe that had seen better days. However once installed it has turned my wc into more of a bidet than a toliet. Water splashes over the side of the bowl and covers the seat (up or down). I have reduced the amount of water being flushed to no avail. The manufacturer say that the other pipe must be wider. It isnt. it has the same spec and fits the same fittings that were there before. i am now left with a toilet that I cant use, until I either pay someone to put the old one back in or figure out how to slow the water rate through the pipe. If your toilet is a solid flush already, i would not replace it with this item. You will just have a bigger headache then you did before.”

“looking for a flush pipe for a high level cistern, we noted there are many on the market, it was hard to decide if quality would be compromised with the more competitive price product arrived slightly later than hoped, however all parts were included in the parcel and we are happy to confirm that they are of good quality now already installed, on the antique cistern, all looks rather smart so thank you for your service and your product B”
