“I was replacing an existing fitting of the same make, so I was delighted to find the part. Price was very good. Only issue was the turnaround time. To be fair, the website said delivery would take 6 days, so I wasn't too perturbed when it took a week; however I'm surprised it should take so long in the first place: it took 6 days for the product to be dispatched. I'm not in the trade, so I don't know what the industry standard is, but 6 days until dispatch seems too long.”

“The tap itself was fine, needed to be adjustable for non standard bath holes and was easy to get to the right size. Only had one set of rubber washers in the box for the nuts underneath however instructions mention using a seating washer, (not supplied). The shower hose, a metal spiral one, was damaged in two places where it had been crushed to fit it into the box so I would recommend checking every item fully, upon receipt.”

“Granted the price was cheap, but the item came damaged (hose flattened in a few places), which I noticed only having installed it, so returning was not an option. What can I say - need to be more careful next time. But again, you get what you pay for.”
