Dear Derek Im sorry this is how you feel. I have looked into this and can see that the product was returned to us covered in Gaffer tape, As you will no this is very sticky and took a member of staff a while to clean off the seat so this product could be sold again. We do clearly state in our returns Policy that this is not the correct way to return items Regards Mark Manager
