“I had hoped that this wall hung toilet could have been fitted slightly higher than normal to save my old knees. However that is down to the concealed frame. I bought the frame that was recommended for this toilet and as I'm not a plumber I didn't realise that some frames allow for a variety of heights and some don't. In fact I wouldn't have known to purchase the frame if it hadn't been pointed out in the details on the toilet pan. Then you have to purchase a flush plate separately so a wall hung toilet does finish up much more expensive than an all in one pedestal toilet and cistern. Despite that I like the shape of the bowl and the fact that you can clean under it and it doesn't have any dust or dirt traps so cleaning is much easier. A wall hung toilet looks lower than a pedestal toilet but on measuring it's much the same. I have it in a downstairs toilet and the cloakroom looks bigger perhaps because you can see the whole floor including under the toilet bowl. It was fitted by a plumber so I have no idea how easy or otherwise it was to fit, but he didn't complain. It looks smart and everything works well and so far it's managed to hold my 15 stone without crashing to the floor. So all in all I am very pleased.”
