“Product was delivered on time. However, for technical reasons it did not fit at right place. And hence I had to return this. I processed this return with Royal mail, and Quite surprisingly, Flush bathroom did not receive the return. It's very hard to determine whose fault it was, but I have had very good experience of Royal Mail till date and would like to give a benefit of doubt to RM. I recommend other customers to read terms of returns before buying product from them.”
