“Paid a plumber to fit taps. Water was coming from taps and shower head at the same time. Was told I could only have a refund, or some more of the same taps? Took the refund. No inconvenience offered even though I paid for a plumber and tenancy was delayed.”

“Average tap and flow rate. Took the time and ran hot all in 22mm cold in 15mm and the water just comes out not gushers out. Yes our water pressure is good. The size of valves on the taps must be the problem. This is only my view.”
