“I shopped around before selecting this to go with the toilet I purchased. As a complete novice I chose it because it was recommended at the time I selected the toilet pan. It was fitted behind a concealed panel by a plumber and cleverly you can still get to the toilet cistern if you remove the flush panel. I have no idea how easy it was to fix, but the plumber didn't complain and everything works perfectly so I am happy.”

“Good product but note that to work properly, the pressure of the water inlet needs to be high enough. We had to change the plumbing so that mains water rather than water from the storage tank in the loft was used.”
