“I'm not a plumber, so I had to pay to have it installed only to find out that it didn't function. No lights on the panel, ever. We thought, maybe it's a current problem, so we had an electrician come and upgrade the power line. Nope - no lights. We had PGW come out and look at it, nope - all connected properly. The technician cautioned me 'gotta be careful buying these types of devices online'. Finally had the HVAC tech that installed it come back and uninstall it for the return. Still waiting on a refund, or replacement, or email.”
