THIS VALVE HAS BEEN IN PRODUCTION FOR A LONG TIME. IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE WHEN NEEDED OR WHEN A RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED BY A USER OR TRADESMAN, AS A RESULT, IT CONTINUES TO IMPROVE WITH AGE.

This item was very easy to swap parts from with the faulty ones we had on our business' furnace. The cost was very reasonable and the shipping was very quick! We had them in time for the weekend when my husband was home and could replace them. Local retailers I called had to special order them and could take up to 2 weeks to receive.

I purchased these from Pex for a little more than half what a local big box store wanted to sell them for. I have a 7-zone system and had Bell and Gossett zone valves that were a maintenance nightmare (the contacts would pit and fail, and the "heat motors" would eventually leak and fail). I had two of the old valves that I could no longer rebuild. So I made the switch to these, and so far they are working flawlessly with less water noise than the old valves. I ordered the valves on a Monday morning and had them delivered to my door the very next day (I am in upstate NY, so I am not that far away from where they were shipped).
