“I used to have failures with these V8043 zone valves every year or two. I have five of them in my system and was changing one or two every season. I found if I pull the covers almost off so there is airflow to the motor they last much, much longer. I just had my first V8043 power head fail since I started doing this. That power head was installed in February 2007, or fifteen years ago.”
