“i bought two of these ... the first one did not work. This one is still working after a few days. One mounting screw was too long ... all the electrical contact screw heads are half the area (size) of the Honeywell units and almost impossible to use.. I had to install "D" type connectors and even then they barely would lock onto the contact screws. Very disappointed in these. I would never buy another Honeywell knock off - buy the genuine Honeywell as you can rely on a much better quality actuator.”
“Received quickly. Appears (both externally and internally) virtually identical to the Honeywell head it is replacing. Had a minor issue with springs having too much tension, preventing the end switch from activating. It felt more like a fluke (the combo of that specific motor, those springs, and my valve), and the Seller helped resolve it very promptly and before I even asked. Cant speak for durability because it's been less than a week. But this seems like an on-point alternative for a replacement head.”
“The part was correct, but it showed up broken. It is a fairly fragile item, and was just dropped in a lightly padded envelope. Also on my Ring camera I saw the driver toss it to the door. Unfortunately it was Friday evening and we were driving 300 miles to make the repairs, before pipes in my recently deceased father's house froze. Thankfully my friend is highly skilled in such matters. We took parts off of the new actuator and installed them in the original, problem solved, though tedious. So right part and fast shipping rates a 5, poor packaging and delivery knocks down the score.”
