“Should’ve known better not to order an open box but I didn’t expect the item to be stripped of parts. Outlet screw was stripped but luckily it’s a flathead and Phillips combo screw. Got it all assembled and turned the power on to find out the motor is grounded/ locked up. Ended up going to Lowe’s and getting the exact replacement. Lesson learned.”
“It was much bigger than what it replaced (both were insinkerators).It’s extremely quiet and powerful and because we’re on a septic it has a great deodorizer and the sink ALWAYS smells fresh and it’s good for the septic.”
