Replaced old existing shower head with identical shower head because of lime deposits. Loved the old one and love the new one. Much cheaper on plumbingsupplyandmore than through local retailer.

Showerhead is obviously quality. Looks great and as a nice heft to it and has a lot of metal components. My problem is it actually works too well. Generates much more pressure than I expected from a rain fall showerhead. The center only mode generates a powerful spray that I find incredibly uncomfortable.I know this is counter to a lot of people but I'm going to be looking into a pressure reducer or something similar if I'm going to continue using this showerhead.

Wanted to know about the water restrictor. Got a reply from Moen but was not very helpful or informative. If there is a restrictor, I want to know if it is removed will I get better water flow. Most shower heads have the restrictors but they are readily able to be removed. i know the are not "supposed" to be removed but I want to know if it can be without damaging the unit. Would like a clear answer to my question.

Good product but not the best to help the water pressure

I mounted this at an angle and run water low flow. It only projects water out of the center half. That is ok for me. I have not yet removed it. It may me years before that happens, so I do not know why that rating is even up there.

It’s exactly as ordered. (Last one I ordered was not a 6320 ) you don’t always get what you ordered with “used” merchandise.

The rain shower effect of the water is magnificent.I purchased a "used- like new" unit which, apparently, did not come with the washer that comes with a new unit. Note: this is not the green flow restrictor, which I did remove. So, without a washer or flow restrictor valve, the 2.5 rate is okay, not robust, from my water source, a standard side-angle pipe.It leaks slightly after installing with a pair of channel locks; the water does not close off immediately when you turn the shower handle, if that matters to you.Is it worth $200 for the shower head and extension arm? Does the extension arm increase water flow? I am awaiting the 16 inch extension arm and will update after that.

I bought one when it was on sale, so the price was reasonable, though the most I’ve ever paid for a showerhead by far. My house has medium water pressure. With the restrictor taken out (an easy matter with a pair of needle nose pliers), it feels wonderful having all those jets on you, and when you turn the lever, it concentrates the water pressure into just a few center jets, great on your sore parts. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if the lever also allows you to cut off the water completely, so you can save water while soaping up without changing the water temp. I would recommend this showerhead
