“I was very interested in this showhead. I was really looking to try out one of the rin shower type heads. This one works really well. It doesnt splash water everywhere and also does not beat down on you like some showerheads. this one is actually very relaxing and does a great job of rinsing you off. My three boys take showers in our shower and the one that is 3 really hated getting his head wet under the water of our old head but loves this one and is excited to take a shower now. It does have two settings one being the calming rain and the other a pressure one. the pressure one is not overpwering like alot of showerheads but does add a little more pressure to the water. Overall a great showerhead that also guarantees not to corrode or tarnish. Also very well made and you can tell the difference in that this is a really quality product. the only thing that I would hesitate on is the price but this is a top quality item and is well worth the price.”
“Read several of the reviews and decided to give this shower head a try, couldn't be happier. Worked as advertised plenty of water pressure. The flow is even thru out the head and the smaller setting worked well. I don't know way you would want to use it seeing you bought a 8" head.”
“I love this shower head but after awhile many of the little ports get clogged and you can rub across them with your and it will somewhat unblock them. I recently tied a bag around the head with some vinegar and that really didn't do much as the ports are clogged up inside. My suggestion would be to Moen in that is is quite an expensive head to put a removable plug on the top of the head that can allow the head to be filled with something such as vinegar to clean it from the inside. Think that would be more effective.”
“Pressure is just OK for the money you shellshell out. Build quality is what you expect from Moen. If you remove the restrictor, it vastly improves pressure, but your hot water tank will drain FAST. With it left in, I get about 25 min on the 40 gallon tank in my apt. Take it out and it's maybe 15 min. Waterpik makes a $40 similar one with fantastic pressure that I installed in the second bathroom.”
