“I've only had this a couple of weeks. So, I can't comment on its durability or reliability.I can say that as far as the shower goes, this is the best I've ever had. It provides either a forceful spray or a rain-shower effect. For my plumbing system, the rain-shower doesn't have enough water pressure, although it's not super weak. It's just too weak to do a quick job of rinsing soap or shampoo off of you. The high-pressure setting, which doesn't use all the water jets, produces a great shower. It's better than any I've used before. It will clear soap or shampoo off of you very quickly.So, assuming the shower head will be reliable, I give this my highest recommendation.”
“Wow. after looking and trying many shower heads in my lifetime... this is easily the best one I have ever found! I admit I did remove the water flow washer, that was a simple thing, as I read the other reviews that felt it helped increase the pressure. In the rain flow mode, the wide field and soft pressure is perfect, it feels just like being out in a heavy soft rain. This covers almost your entire body... In the more narrow mode the pressure would easily get in there deep and remove any soap or shampoo left in ones hair. I have pretty much left it in the rain mode all of the time... The quality of this is excellent. The chrome one, which I purchased, is a piece of art and looks amazing in my remodeled bathroom. I am very, very happy with this shower head!”
“Quality seems excellent. The head is relatively heavy, but I think that is because it is so well made. I would have rated the head six stars but it needs an extension tube (that I do not want to install into a wall that backs up into a bedroom closet). Otherwise, I think it works very well. My wife loves it.”
“Replaced 20 plus year old 1 1/2" diameter shower heads with two of these Moen S6320 shower heads. I removed the green water flow restrictor first thing and installed them Very, very good water flow for both the rain water flow and more directed pressure water flow position. Make sure you purchase a roll of Teflon tape or pipe compound glue to put around the threads of your shower pipe coming out of the wall otherwise you will have leakage from where the shower shaft fits with the shower head. Easy installation and if you need better water flow than I would recommend removing the water flow restrictor. I couldn't give it 5 stars due to the high price of the shower head, but you do get what you pay for. I hope this helps!”
