“Couldn't give more than 4 stars. The previous one of the same model lasted only 8 years. Pain finding the problem. System wasn't keeping up with some very cold nights. I turned up the boiler and the whole boiler shut down. Happened to bump into the low water device and the power went back on. No problems since I replaced it.”
“The old cutoff failed. So the boiler kept shutting off. I was able to determine that it was the cutoff that was causing the issue. Changed it to a new one . Working very well so far. No issues. But more than the product I like. Products are reasonably priced. And returns are easy (though not free, you have to pay return shipping). But they have made the process easy. So I would buy from them again.”
“Purchased a Taco LWC which leaked through the probe. Sent it back and purchased this one. Easy installation, no issues, works correctly. I'm only two days in, will give it 5 stars for the easy installation and no problems so far but time will tell on longevity.”
