“This is a top notch filter which is why I am giving it 5 stars. However, the packaging it comes in is sub-standard! That is really surprising for such a premium product! The filter comes in a very thin cardboard box. No plastic wrapping of the filter inside the box or around the box on the outside. Thus, if it rains on your delivery day and the driver did not put a plastic bag around your filter the filter will get soaking wet! No worries though as plumbingsupplyandmore will have your back should you decide you want to exchange the filter for a new one.”
“I’ve purchased 3+ Aprilaire filters. Before I was using the boxy filters with carbon. I’ve only began to realize (IMO), these Aprilaire filters seems to produce more dust in our home. Has anyone seen this or am I just imaging this? We dust, thought it’s not a top priority, and it’s just the two of us. Typically don’t have the windows open due to allergies. However it just seems like out of the gate even after replacing a not dirty filter, we see more dust everywhere. Fact with other folks are well??? Thanks”
