“I thought this was expensive; but it works!! The instructions are not great. A few paragraphs to go along with the good illustrations would be very helpful. I gave it 3 stars because of the poor instructions. Without some plumbing experience, it would have been harder to install. I had some trouble getting the 2 bottom adapters to twist in. But that may have been due to inexperience.”
“Really a great product. Makes a little noise but I installed it in a basement kitchen in Brooklyn and it fixed a very old plumbing issue. Will buy more Saniflo products.”
“After I FINALLY got around to installing this in our basement, it's working great. Put it under the utility sink and draining clothes washer into sink and this pumps it out in a jiffy. Much faster than the water going into the sink. Pumping from floor, up above ceiling into under floor pipes for exit from house. Can't tell on durability yet, but it's a champ for now.”
“Works and meets code. The build quality is a little less than I expected, but sure easier than cutting concrete. It's up to you to sort out all the pieces and adapters they send you. Just look at the pictures really close.”
