“This was an exact replacement with a 1 for 1 and a modernized version of the original giving me the ability to replace the transformer should it fail in the future. Total replacement time done in a little over an hr for 4 zones and an indirect storage tank zone.”

“I was without heat and hot water. Shipping was excellent and timely. However, the day I received the switching relay, I changed out the defective unit and replaced it with the new one. The circuit board was bad. Tried contacting for a new unit to get shipped immediately as I had no heat or hot water... no deal... had to go through the return and order new process again. I declined. I returned and got a new unit elsewhere.”
