“Installed on hot and cold lines from oil burner coil hot water system. The water was coming out initially as high as 175F. With this valve installed I have it regulated to a narrow band of 118F-120F. Now I have protection in case my grandson turns on the hot water and sticks his hand in it. I've also noticed that there is more consistency in the hot water as the temperature in the boiler around the coil drops to its minimum.”
