“I wasn't willing to chance hooking the wrong wires to the wrong terminal and burning something out. So I had my HVAC company take care of the installation. The technician also programed it for us and gave us a tutorial on how to properly use the thermostat as well as using the phone app.Now maybe had I spent more time studying the manual, I could have handled it myself, but I was too lazy. Truth in advertising here. Not as sleek looking as some other stats but our technician highly recommended it over anything else. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.”
