“Easy setup! I still would suggest to get an HVAC person to do this! As far as I can tell no outdoor sensors needed! I believe it gets that information directly from your forecast in your area! I do have a weather station I compare it with and the outdoor temp and humidity is close enough!”
“It may look simple compared to some other thermostats, but don't be fooled. This is one of the most feature rich thermostats available. It can operate a heat pump with a gas furnace as backup. Something that lots of fancier looking controllers can't do. It can simultaneously have set points for heating and cooling and will auto switch between the two. It will learn how long it takes to heat and cool your house and adapt accordingly. I'm very pleased with its performance.”
“This Thermostat is exactly what we needed for our rental. Controls and locks the temperature in place with your cell phone. Very easy to use and install. We did have a company install it for us, but my husband could have easily installed it himself. Just watch some YouTube videos. I have the air locked at 72 degrees which is more than comfortable in these hot Florida temperatures. You can unlock whenever you want to with a password. Great product!”
