This single zone relay is exactly what was needed to install a wifi thermostat to my hydronic radiant floor. Previously the radiant floor ran off a timer, but now this interface with wifi lets me see and control the temperature of my basement from my cellphone, wherever I go.

Not much of a Taco fan, but these plug and play controls are the BEST! Simple, easy, with lights that show which zone is on...easy peasy!

Needs better construction. The legs that hold the circuit board to the chassis are plastic and weak. These were damaged during shipping, causing indicator LED lights to be misaligned. Functional but a fail on robust build! Please improve Taco.

I installed the unit recently as replacement and it is working fine at the moment. The previous unit worked about 2 years before one of the channels failed.

Used on an old gas fired forced hot water furnace to replace a Honeywell 845A relay that was sticking. I like the status LEDs. The only problem was the plastic cover would not clear the right angle connector for the armored flex cable to the circulator. I was forced to trim the bottom flange of the plastic cover to get it on properly even though I was using one of the 2 pre-punched holes designed for the connection. Also, be very careful not to over tighten the terminal screws.

One of the zone switching relays went bad as winter was starting in PA. I ordered one. It was here the next day, it was the right one, and had heat in that zone for the evening. Still working well (2 months) so far. Thanks again for the fast response. Will definitely be back.
