“This is a great product to have on your water heater. It allows the higher temperature to be set on the heater allowing for more hot water supply. Also the increase of water temperature kills off the diseases that may grow in your tank. Before I had this valve I would burn often burn my hands, now this issue has been solved. The other great part of this valve is I installed it myself and it works great with no adjustment right out of the box.”

“This item works great. Install this, and set the water heater to 140 degrees. This is preset to 120 degrees. By doing this you'll gain more hot water for longer. Yes you will use a little more fuel but it's worth it. The only down side is these tend to go out after a few years. You'll start to notice temperature fluctuations from hot to cold. Just a heads up.”
