“I live in Columbus Ohio and this tankless heater is much too small for our winter month's incoming cold water. I have a solar hot water system (that was totally too expensive to install). It has a 30 gallon tank that never gets colder than 60F. At the tank's coldest, I can still take a long hot (1.1 GPM) shower but maybe not after a HOT load of laundry. If four people lived in this house, the week-long stretches of cloudy days might be too much for the system but for just me, it's perfect. It is all about your coldest incoming water temps.”
“I recently purchased the 11kw model to replace a 20 gallon tank electric water heater that serves (an added on) bathroom with a stand-up shower only. The unit is now installed under the sink. So far, this water heater delivers very adequate hot water.”
“We live in a 2700 Square feet home in Florida with 4 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. We purchased the 27KW unit for our entire house. The unit is able to heat the water through the entire house, even while 2 are showering and the dishwasher is running.”
“I installed a water recirculation pump and bridge valves under master bath sink and kitchen sink. Now I have endless hot water and instant endless. The unit works great.”
“Installed this heater 3 months ago and it's working well. The only issue is temperature control. The hot water is great, but I need to replace the main board for the flaky dial.”
“I love this small tankless water heater. It has some leaks at the threaded connections, but I resolved that. The only issue is that the temperature control dial sometimes acts flaky.”
