“Had to install it on my new water heater per the HOA. I tested it before the plumbers came out to make sure it worked and it was fine; alarm went off and the valve closed as it should.”

“We've been installing this product for several years now. The only complaint we have is that its super sensitive!! We've spoke to tech support a few times now and we're told to rap the sensor in paper towels and or put it in a unsealed plastic sandwich bag. Until they come up with a better solution.”
