“Received the bag in a rough shipped box. It was still wrapped in the original packaging which was nice. The issue I had was about a week after having the bag, one of the strap sliders, the plastic ones for adjusting the straps broke and is unfixable. I haven't tried to contact the seller because I honestly just dealt with it.”
