“I'm a contractor for 25+ years. This product is horrible. Documentation is bad. Factory Support is even worse. For same money (or less) you can get Taco, Honeywell, Bell, Grundfos. This was on the shelf, so I tried it. What a mistake.”
“I ordered 2 units and one was defective. Easy to install, no need for plumber, remove wires by unscrewing the screws, twist clockwise and pull unit. Reverse steps when installing new unit (operator).”
