“Had a zone valve fail. Hot water was circulating in this loop when any zone called for heat. I bought this just for the inside valve. I am using the valve, spring and motor. It cheaper than the rebuild kit.”
“Exact replacement for a 30+ year old one that was sticking. No fuss (well, sweat soldering is not a lot of fun, but that's not the valve's fault and I wanted to not change things up since I'll possibly replace the aging furnace next year anyway). So if another one sticks, (I have 4 zones) I'll buy it again.”
