“The actuator (head) of one of our 4 zones got tired. I bought this item as a replacement. It was pretty much plug-and-play -- swapped the old unit out, this unit in, and connected the wires. Heat works again. Unfortunately, I had to buy the whole unit, and ended up with the solid copper base valve sitting in a drawer in the garage. I wish the actuator were sold separately.”
“This control valve works great for me in diverting water to fill a cistern tank. It does, however, start leaking from the "plunger" gaskets after about 2-3 years in my particular application. I don't know why. Could be the water which is only "borderline" hard.”
