“Those valves are made locally. I know everything has gone up but $157 for this valve is gouging. I remember buying them for $75 and even cheaper before that. You are pricing yourself out the market.”
“When I manually open the zone valve using the lever on the existing power head, basement heating started. So I was certain the issue was with the powerhead which is not opening the valve when heat is needed. I replaced the power head and the issue was fixed. It was very easy (less than 5 mins) to replace the power head. Strongly recommended.”
