“Good product, but installation requires draining the system. It would be great if this product had a check valve to make future replacements easier. Once the upper seal leaks, it can cause damage to floors. That being said, it works well and does its job.”
“Works well. Before I installed this there was some gurgling in our hot water heating system due to trapped air. Shortly after installation that all stopped. This is our second season of use with it.”
“The old vent was leaking water, and the plastic vent cap rotted away years ago. This new vent works great, with no leaks, and has a durable metal vent cap. Hopefully, it will last as long as the previous one did (20 years). So far, so good!”
