“All went well apart from the manufactring defect in white plastic piece that had no holes cut out in it!! I tried drilling holes in it, but that was useless. Ultimately, pullung on the old cartridge using a set of pliers did the job. Silicone gel was included which made putting the new one easy.”
“Shipping arrived same day! (Ordered at 1 in the morning and had it installed at 7:30pm. Original Moen replacement did the job and went in as expected. 2nd cartridge in 3 years now. I've had to replace other Moen cartridges in the condo as well and condo is 11 years old. (Infact condo board even sent someone around to replace all the cartridges in the whole building from issues) Will buy American standard from now on. $70 cartridges that don't last is a rip off.”
“Just recently my old shower cartridge and handle adaptor started to break down after 7-8 years of use.Installing the new shower cartridge and handle was simple enough and everything works better than I remembered!My only gripe is no where on the product page does it mention including silicone grease, so I bought it separately. When the package arrived, to my surprise it did come silicone grease after all. Sigh.Besides that everything works great. Very pleased with the results.”
