Installed in line on my boiler system. Works great and takes up little space.

Just installed my radiant system but without any venting. Spent hours trying to purge the air out with minimal success while listening to the cavitation in my new Taco X-Pump Block. Installed this dude and cavitation gone immediately, smooth quiet operation. Only complaint is the bottom port for the expansion tank is 1/2 npt, NOT 3/4 as listed in the specs. Simple solution but an annoying last minute trip to buy the correct fitting. Works great. Note: bottom port is 1/2 NPT

For me, the most important feature that this air eliminator incorporates is serviceability. The upper portion of the unit can be removed, allowing for access to the internal cavity for the purpose of cleaning.

I ordered an uncommon Air Eliminator for my 5 zone gas furnace. I replaced a 5 zone manifold and other components but every 10 days I lost heat, or had reduced heat to the 2nd floor. Incomprehensible! I got tired of bleeding the air out of zone 5 and finally deduced that my very old Air Eliminator may have been malfunctioning. I installed the new from Plumbing Supply, which I received the very next day (after ordering just the night before) and it eliminated all my problems. Air-free for 1 month now. I've used them all and Plumbing Supply is the best. I will use them forevermore.

Replaced existing air separator in heating system that was bad after 14 years of operation.
