“Needed to replace the vanity & faucet in a spare bathroom. The other parts were gold, so I had to stick with that finish (didn't feel like replacing all the shower parts). You do need water lines, some plumber's putty & normal tools- (although my husband had to purchase PVC primer & cement). It is a very heavy duty faucet- nothing like what was in there before!!”

They worked ok but had the center control that had to be pulled out to turn on the water. With age the process was made even more difficult to initiate and control, especially with arthritic hands. The new Moen Chateau is very user friendly. The finish is flawless and literally sparkles when wiped off. Although not particularly compelling aesthetically for those seeking to create a "designer" look, the ease of operation and overall quality of this item fit our needs perfectly.”
