I have a problem understanding on how to install a vent on the vent port! the vent port lid where you clamp a hose is so freaking small Its hard to clamp a vent hose on it!. why make the lid lips so small! for $750 you can a less make the clamping area 1/2 inch taller and NOT 1/4 tall! The manual diagram doesn't indicate which is the vent port also. Not Recommended! I should have bought the SANIGRIND Pro ! my 1st pick...”
“So far this unit has handled everything put in it, without adjusting how much paper is used with a normal toilet/sewer system. A bit noisy and has occasional small run times on its own, but works well.”
“I have two of these installed and they are unique and incredibly useful for adding bathrooms and showers etc where it is difficult to add waste lines. That being said, both pumps failed, one with minimal use at around 5 years and one with moderate use at 6 years and I needed to replace them both in an emergency since you don't know if it is not going to work until the waste water starts overflowing...The new units are quieter and pretty well designed.”
