“I think this is a fabulous idea, however, the coffee is too week. I've tried my own coffee as well. There is hardly any creme on top like when I use disposable pods. If you think there is anything I could do, please let me know. Thanks”
“Ended up giving this to someone with a proper coffee machine as they are all unpleasant when used in a pod.
I called podstar about this and was told to try at different times of the day as my tastebuds would register something different.
I want a consistent coffeee, not something I have to guess as to whether it is the right time of day to drink it.”
“Podstar is way too fiddly, don't waste $85 like I did. Even the included small sample pack of coffee produced mediocre results at best. Just too much mucking around trying to get the perfect packing tamp and if you don't use their coffee the extra pain of working out the perfect grind for the capsule. Great idea to use a re-usable capsule but just far too fiddly. Not recommended.”

“If a business elects to operate in the online market place and doesnt provide a contact telephone number then the online chats and responses need to be both in real time .Automated bott responses and ill will be back to you in maybe 2or 4 hours does not cut it in the new online market place.You can have excellent product but it means little if not supported by excellent service .3star”
