“The pod doesn't fit my cafittaly pod machine. It just pored the coffee into the collection tray not my mug. I tried it twice, both times wasted the coffee. Regards Greta Thomas”
“Tastes like water and milk with maybe 5% coffee. I’ve done it many different ways and methods, at one point even added 5 pods instead of recommended two. Asked questions on Instagram from the company as well. Waste for me, was saddened it doesn’t work.”

“A fidley process that can be compared to watching a smoker roll their own cigarettes. The pod needs a holder so you can scoup coffee from the bag straight into the pod. I did this successfully with a pair of kitchen tongs holding the pod, raising only to level, compress and refill. Their needs to be some sort of holder/tongs/pliers which would all you to handle that dainty little pod securely when filling it with grounds.
Otherwise you're working over a bowl as shown in their videos.
The spoon provided does not fit the pod size either. For the money charged for the kit, would it kill you to provide a wider diameter spoon to use as a tamper? Or that weighted one as seen in the video.
The whole process does away with the convenience of the pod machines. Making a coffee is now a struggle.
I do appreciate the waste free approach, but I would probably now consider this endeavour a waste of money and fine a real cofee machine to replace my pods + podstar.”
“Great reusable product, enjoy saving landfill. Easy to clean and they have a tight screw seal and not too difficult to unscrew after use.
I am having a little difficulty getting the grind and packing right as not to hinder the machine forcing water through but not too course or under packed, as to end up with a watery result.”
